About This Project

Berlindisch is a Berlin-born collective exploring the intersection of diaspora culture, food, trade, and venture building. Our work spans journalism, cultural programming, events, editorial projects, and community collaboration.

This website serves as an informational and editorial platform for the collective. It does not currently offer commercial transactions, paid services, or e-commerce functionality.

Legal Structure

As an early-stage informal collective, Berlindisch does not currently hold a trade registration (Gewerbeanmeldung), VAT identification number, or formal nonprofit status.

Formal legal structures, including potential incorporation as an association (e.V.), UG, or other entity, may be introduced in future phases as the collective grows and formalizes its operations.

Consumer & E-Commerce Notice

This website does not currently offer commercial transactions, paid products, paid services, or e-commerce functionality. Accordingly, General Terms and Conditions (AGB), price display regulations (PAngV), and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR, per Regulation (EU) No 524/2013) do not currently apply.

Should Berlindisch introduce commercial offerings in the future, this section will be updated with the appropriate consumer information and dispute resolution references.
